Be a VIRTUAL FOSTER PARENT

You can foster a horse even if you don't have the property, experience, or time by becoming a virtual foster parent. Send in a donation with a specific horses' name on it, and you can help take care of that horse. We will send you pictures, updates, and a hoof print. The donation must equal at least half the monthly expenses of care.

PARTNER

We are a small organization and need help
to accomplish our goals to save, take care of, and rehab abused horses.
One way of helping us is to partner (with like-minded organizations or individuals),
so together we can work to achieve our individual goals.

If you would like to discuss possibilities to work together,
please go to our Partner Page and let us know us know your ideas.

Report Horse Abuse
and Animal Cruelty!

If you see an animal being abused, neglected, or abandoned, report it.
Don't think someone else will do it. Or worry what the neighbors or abuser might think.
Save a Life and Report it.
Call 9-1-1, the police, the ASPCA, a local horse rescue. Write down the details of the abuse, address and name of the abuser or location of the horse, take pictures, date, and time. Follow up if you don't see any changes in the horse's condition. Call again. Call more people. Not doing anything is the worse thing to do as this only give permission to the abuser to keep on doing it.

For more info about what to do if you see abuse/neglect, etc,
check out our Report Animal Cruelty Page.

"I hope to make people realize how totally helpless animals are,
how dependent on us, trusting as a child must that we will be kind and take care of their needs ...[they] are an obligation put on us, a responsibility we have no right to neglect, nor to violate by cruelty."

James Herriot
